The Dallas County Lady Hornets (10-3) scored seven runs in the top of the first inning en route to an 18-2 win over Jeff Davis on Wednesday.

McKinsey Crawford, Whitney Denson, Kimberly Ross, Ciera Ingram, Ilicia Stewart and Rodneshia Vinson collected multiple hits for the Hornets.

Also adding hits were Cassie Daniels, Keneasha Jefferson, Jasmine Gould and Shayla Griffin. Daniels and Denson held the Jeff Davis hitters to just two hits.
