Meadowview softball playoff game rescheduled for wednesday

The Meadowview Christian softball team had a home first-round playoff game scheduled last Monday against Brooklane Baptist Academy, but that game has been rescheduled to Wednesday at 2 p.m. due to Monday’s bad weather. The game will still be played at Meadowview.

 

Ellwood softball game delayed one day due to student’s funeral

The Ellwood Christian softball team’s area tournament was scheduled for Tuesday at 11 a.m. against Georgiana at J.U. Blacksher, but the game was rescheduled to Wednesday at the same time to allow Ellwood students to attend the funeral of their classmate Denetria Pryor, who passed away on April 26 from a sudden illness.
