Mr. Eddie Bowie, 64, resident of Selma, passed away October 29, 2011 in Selma. Services are scheduled for Saturday, November 5, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Miller Funeral Service Chapel, Selma, officiated by Pastor Eugene Bennett. Burial will follow in Rising Star Cemetery, Orrville, AL. directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include four brothers, Abe (Beatrice) Bowie, Jr., Glenn Ray Bowie, Daniel Bowie, and Patrick Bowie; four sisters, Delores Avery, Ida (Clifton) Bennett, Mardie (Lorenzo) Mack, and Vonda Kay (Eric) Taylor; three brothers-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews; a dear and close cousin, Quennie Harris and her daughter Angela Harris and a host of other relatives and friends.
