Frank J. Billingsley, resident of Marion passed November 6, 2019.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at New Fellowship Baptist Church Noon. with Rev. LueGene Wright, Officiating.  Burial will follow in the Wright Cemetery with services entrusted to Melvin Miller Funeral Service.
