Felix D. Baker, age 50, of Valley Grande,  transitioned on Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, in Montgomery.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen R, Baker; and sisters, Cynthia B. Love and Andrea Baker.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry D. Baker; children, Brittany Baker, DeAndre’ Baker, all of Selma, and Felix Baker II, of Orlando; father, Andrew Baker Jr., of Huntsville; stepmother, Aundrea Baker, of Huntsville; sisters, Regina Turner, Priscilla Jones, Latunjia Baker and Teresa Watkins, all of Huntsville; and brother, Gregory A. Baker of Athens.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 12 at the Madkins Chapel C.P.C.A. (2403 Oakwood Road, Huntsville, AL) with pastor Endia J. Scruggs officiating. Interment will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Mr. Baker will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time, Royal Funeral Home, Inc., directing.
