Taffine Rena Smith Berry, age 37, of Selma, passed away March 17, 2015, at Baptist South Hospital. Services are scheduled for March 28, 2015, at 12 p.m. at Selma Avenue Church of Christ with brother Joseph Davis officiating.Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Frank King Jr.; brother-in-law, Antonie Fleetwood Berry; uncle, Henry Simpson; and Emma Hillard.

She is survived by her spouse, Tra Cordell Berry; parents, Deloise Smith and Alphonze McCorvey; son, Demarrius Berry; daughters, Tradeshia Berry and Ja’Maya Berry; brothers, Arthur Smith, Jonathan McCorvey and Alphonze Olds; brothers-in-law, Lee Berry Jr., Dwayne Berry and Tyron Berry; sister, Lashanda Smith; sisters-in-law, Sharron Hatcher and Denise Acovado; six nieces; five nephews; four aunts; and five uncles.
