Obama administration lacks answers

Do you ever recall a presidential administration where you could never get a full accounting on anything? Even the Clintons must be shaking their heads at this phenomenon. Clinton’s administration pales in comparison with this one even with Bill’s problems of defining “is.” In comparing the two, President Obama would top Clinton when it comes to talking a lot, but admitting nothing. The Obama administration receives the benefit of doubt and subsequently a pass on everything by the main stream media, which by nature is the watchdog of government officials and agencies.

We still do not have reliable facts on the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens, former Navy Seals Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, and Sean Smith a computer expert at the compound in Benghazi, Libya–which is utterly shameful–nor the death of Border Agent Bryan Terry in a scheme of supplying guns to the Mexican drug cartel called Fast and Furious, or the IRS targeting conservative organizations benefiting Obama’s reelection. If they investigate at all, it is internal by the Department of Justice, which has lost all credibility for its complicity in Fast and Furious and not enforcing the laws of the land.

The truth and facts seem to be an illusion for this administration best kept from the citizens.

Possibly the most egregious deception to the public has been the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). It isn’t always in what they say, but rather what they do not say. A possible exception to that is in the initial process of acquiring support for  the ACA. Does anyone recall the promises of if you like it, you can keep it deceptions?

On April Fool’s Day–how appropriate–the president announced 7.1 million had signed on for health care.

That is 7.1 million of the present population of 315 million people or roughly 2.25 percent of the population. What happened to the 30 million originally used as being uninsured that the ACA would cover?  The latest from the Congressional Budget Office is the ACA will cost 2 trillion dollars over the next decade. If you do the math, that comes to about $282,000 for every person as alleged enrollment now stands. The figure 7.1 million does not tell how many paid their premiums, how many were uninsured enrollees, how many were subsidized, Medicaid, how many lost coverage and were forced to accept coverage through the ACA website, or how many are young and healthy. Just as everything else with this administration, loads of questions and no answers. We have a main stream news media willing to look the other way and use the government talking points as pure gospel while the country suffers.

This administration aided by Democrats in  Congress are spending our nation into insolvency, and it is all for their own selfish motives disregarding the good of our country.

Thankfully, Governor Bentley did not fall for this latest government ponzi scheme aimed at doing something at the expense of others. Thomas Jefferson, one of our very wise founding fathers said: “I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.” He also said: “The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”

I realize most are plenty tired of hearing about Obamacare, so am I. However, they want us to grow weary–like the press—and stop asking questions about the latest government boondoggle.
