Mr. Augusta Davis, 77, resident of Minter, Alabama passed away July 25, 2010 in Minter.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 31, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at New Selmont Baptist Church officiated by Rev. David Perry.

Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Eva B. Davis; two sons, Augusta K. (Cassandra) Davis, McArthur (Joyce) Davis; two daughters, Dorothy Pearl ( Robert) Qunnie, and Dorothy Jean Davis; two brothers, Julius Davis and Wiley Davis; one sister, Maple Lee Smith; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one son-in-law, two daughters-in-laws,

six brothers-in-laws, four sisters-in-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
