Wilbert Pullom, 59, of Selma, AL died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at his home surrounded by his family.
Services are scheduled for 12 noon, Saturday October 4, 2008 at Selmont Community Baptist Church with the Rev. D.L. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the New Live Oak cemetery, under the direction of Lewis Brothers Funeral Home Inc.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eva Lou Pullom and David Brown.
Survivors include his wife, Hattie Moorer Pullom; three daughters, Deborah Pullom, Dowanda both of Selma and Roschanda (Tyran) Watkins of Helena; four grandchildren, Samnesha Pullom, Tiara and Taylor Watkins and Emilee Grace Pullom; four brothers, Christopher (Venice) Pullom of Montgomery, Jessie (Annette) Pullom Ford of Selma, paternal brother and sister, David (Remisha) Brown of Selma and Dave (Mildred) Brown of Cleve-land, OH., two sisters, Helen Cooper of Selma and Mary L. of Atlanta, GA.; other relatives includes four brothers-in-law, Orven Moorer, Robert (Nancy) Moorer of Columbus, OH., Earnest (Clara) Moorer of Selma and Willie Moorer of Denver, CO.; six sisters-in-law, Cora Taylor, Clara Rump, Rosa Moorer of Columbus, OH., Pearlie Glover of Selma, Deloris (Loveless) Fails and Annie (Stephen) Robinson of Birmingham; three uncles, A.G. (Carrie) Hatcher, Rebecca Miller and Elizabeth Green both of Montgomery.
Pallbearers will be nephews and cousins.
