Mary “Peeples” Blackman, 76, of Pensacola, FL, died Sunday, December 28, 2008, at West Florida Hospital, in Pensacola, FL.
Services were held at 1:30 PM, Fri-day, January 2nd, Dr. Jack Reaves officiated. Burial was followed in Holy Cross Cemetery under the direction of Joe Morris &Sons Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, David Blackman; children, Danny (Brenda) Peeples of Holland, MI, Edwin (Deborah) Peeples of Selma, AL, Wayne (Diane) Peeples of Selma, AL, Kenneth (Patrice) Peeples of North Charleston, South Carolina, and Tracy (Charles) Oden of Pensacola, FL; brother, Andrew (Dorothy) Fuller of Huntsville, AL; sisters, Edna Jackson and Sadie Guinn, both of Detroit, MI, and Dorothy King of Arizona; ten grandchildren; and two great grand-children.
