Mr. Sammy L. Mosely,79, resident of Jones, Alabama, passed away November 30, 2011 at UAB Hospital Birmingham, AL. Services are scheduled for Saturday, December 10, 2011, 12:00 noon at New Salem Baptist Church, Jones, AL., officiated by Pastor Robert Childers, JR. Burial will follow in Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo, AL directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse Emma Mae Mosely; two sons, Sammy Dremetirus (LaDonna) Mosely, and Drexell LaDale Mosely; two daughters, Samathe Mosely and Ja’celin Mosely; four brothers, Henry (Ann) Walker, Willie James (Mary) Mosely, Eugene (Diane) Mosely, Terry (Virginia) Mosely; three sisters, Alice M. Pickett, Shirley (Sam) Smith, and Dorothy Williams; two grandchildren, eight brothers-in-laws, sixteen sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews.
