The Valley City Council returned to its regular council meeting format on March 5. The last two meetings were held on Tuesday because of federal holidays.

Two old business items were on the agenda: sewer system and a new storage building. Both were approved by the council.

Mayor Wayne Labbe said Steward Construction completed the new storage building and building inspector Sam Smitherman is working on the lighting.  Labbe also said the sewer system is still being worked on and will have an update soon.
