Teaching in rural communities is a struggle in this state.

Limited funds and the shrinking population in Selma make it difficult to do any job, especially teaching. Yet they are one of the important parts of our society as they build our future workforces.

We want to congratulate these two educators as they move onto the state level to represent our district.
