Morgan Academy remained in the AISA top-10 for the second consecutive week and moved up from No. 9 to the No. 8 spot after defeating the Glenwood School 22-14 this past Friday.

There was little movement in the AISA after last weekend’s game, but No. 9 Bessemer Academy’s loss to No. 1 Tuscaloosa Academy allowed No. 7 Lakeside and Morgan Academy to jump them in the rankings.

Morgan Academy has two games left against ranked opponents (Bessemer Academy and Tuscaloosa Academy), which also happen to be two of its three remaining region games.
