Harvey Stringer Lauderback Sr. passed away Sept. 18, 2017, at the age of 86.

He was born March 18, 1931, to the late Augustus Campbell and Freddie Elizabeth Lauderback. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Grace Lauderback; sister, Mary Frances Morton and son-in-law, James W. “Bill” McDanal.

Graveside services will be Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Von McQueen officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly Lauderback McDanal, Harvey Stringer (Michelle) Lauderback, Jr., Regina Lauderback (Robert) Pittman and Judy Lauderback (Dennis) Small; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Kent Augustus Lauderback.

Pallbearers will be Seth McDanal, Heath McDanal, Trey Lauderback, Robert Pittman, Dennis Small and Eddie Blair. Honorary pallbearer will be Joshua Lee McDanal.
