Calera 10, Dallas County 2 (Softball)

Calera scored six runs in the seventh inning to pull away from Dallas County in a 10-2 win Tuesday.

Dallas County pitcher Lindsey McIlwain pitched seven innings and allowed nine earned runs in the defeat. She had five strikeouts. The Hornets had four hits as a team. Keyondra Fletcher had an RBI for Dallas County.
Wallace teams see season end in ACCC Basketball Tournament

The Wallace men lost to Snead State Saturday 92-81 and the Wallace women fell to Wallace-Hanceville 87-75.
