Morgan Lane Creel, age 19, of Athens, passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017.

Mr. Creel was born Feb. 27, 1997, in Selma to John Morgan Creel and Michelle Lalaine Meeks Creel.

Services will be Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Stan young and Joe Teal officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny Meeks, Marvin D. Creel and Janice White Creel.

He is survived by his mother, Michelle Meeks Creel; father, John Morgan Creel; half-sister, Jeannie Creel; grandmother, Florence Allene Meeks; one nephew, Jesse Creel; and numerous other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, make memorials to the Animal Shelter, Athens High School Band or your favorite charity.
