Wow! What a great coverage of our reunion. Thank you for the coverage.

Thanks, too, for my byline. I don’t get many of those.

When I was in high school, I was a cub reporter of The Selma Times-Journal with the social news of the teenagers, and when I became engaged to Frank, the social editor did not like the picture I sent in, said it didn’t do me justice and she sent a photographer to my home to take my picture.

I still have that picture framed and hanging over my bed.
