Frances Murphy, native of Selma, resident of Maywood, IL, passed away July 9, 2013 at Loyola Hospital, Maywood, IL. Services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2013, 12:00 p.m. at Selmont Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Smith. Burial will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Sardis, AL, directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

Survivors include sons, Wilson (Lena) Murphy, IL , Thomas (Martha) Murphy, Miami, FL., Earnest (Clarisa) Murphy, Selma, Nathaniel (Kim) Murphy, Maywood, ILl., Randell (Susie) Murphy, TN., Wilson (Lena), Stager,IL.; daughters, Barbara (John) Steve, Birmingham,. AL, Betty (David) Murphy, Maywood, IL, Dora (Dave) Seroy (deceased); twenty eight grandchildren, and forty four great grandchildren.
