Mrs. Carrie Smith, 76, resident of Selma, passed away June 6, 2013 in Selma. Services are scheduled for June 15, 0213, 12:00 noon at Shiloh Baptist church officiated by Rev. Joshua Davis. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma. She was preceded in death by Hezekiah and Virginia Mosley.

Survivors include spouse Rev. Frank Smith; five sons, Frank Jr. (Charlotte, NC.), Ernest James (Tuscaloosa, AL.), Lester (Charlotte, NC.), Rodney Smith (Selma, AL); daughter, Jacqueline Smith (Selma, AL); five brothers, Preston (Selma, AL), Hezekiah (Theodora, AL), Charlie (Mobile, AL), James (Norwalk Conn.), and Willie (Akron, OH); five sisters, Evelyn Conway (Akron, OH), Louise Harris (Atlanta, GA.) , Geneva Cole (Atlanta, GA.), Virginia Bennett (Phoenix City, AL), Mary Ann Cameron (West Wood, NJ); fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren, three daughters-in-laws, two brothers-in-laws, five sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons.
