The following are the boys and girls scores from round two of the AISA Class 3A Region 2 tournament at Morgan Academy on Friday, as well as the time and matchups for day three of the tournament on Saturday.

The region tournament at Morgan will conclude on Saturday.

Boys

Tuscaloosa 46, Fort Dale 36

The second-seed Tuscaloosa Academy Knights defeated the first-seed Fort Dale Academy Rebels 46-36 on Friday.

Torrance Brown led Tuscaloosa with 24 points, while Pride Snow had 8 points for the Knights.

Jack Bates led Fort Dale with 13 points, while Chip Taylor had 11 points for the Rebels.

 

Girls

Fort Dale 53, Monroe 23

The first-seed Fort Dale Academy Lady Rebels defeated the third-seed Monroe Academy Lady Volunteers 53-23 on Friday.

Anne Matthews led Fort Dale with 19 points, while Mary Sanford Perdue had 10 points for the Lady Rebels.

Catherine Ann Dees led Monroe with 14 points, while Brooke Higdon had 8 points for the Lady Vols.

 

Escambia 45, Tuscaloosa 39

The second-seed Escambia Academy Lady Cougars defeated the first-seed Tuscaloosa Academy Lady Knights 45-39 on Friday.

Grayson Emmons led Escambia with 14 points, while Lacie Flowers had 11 points for the Lady Cougars.

Krissy Pruitt had 12 points for Tuscaloosa, while Addison Harrison had 11 points for the Lady Knights.
