Mr. Lloyd Bates, 66, resident of Selma, passed away November 9, 2011 in Selma. Services are scheduled  for  Saturday, November 19, 2011, 12:00 noon at St. Paul Community Methodist, 826 Choctaw Ave., Selma, AL. officiated by Rev. Joseph Coleman. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.

Survivors include spouse, Dorothy Dudley Bates; daughters, Felicia Boyd, Donna Barron; grandchildren, Damion Boyd, Isiah Boyd, and Gerald Barron.
