Mr. John Henry (Bay Bee) Allen, 71, a resident of Buffalo, New York formerly of Orrville, Alabama, transition to be with our Lord August 15, 2011. Home going service is scheduled for August 23, 2011, 11:00 a.m. in Buffalo, New York, with John T. Edwards Funeral Home directing.

He was preceded in death by his parents Moses and Annie Allen; two brothers and one sister.

He leaves to mourn his transition a devoted wife Mary Allen; four children, Loretta, James, Timothy, and Larry Allen; four grandchildren;  his siblings, Willie and Columbus Allen, Mobile, Alabama, J. Wesley (Brenda) Allen, Buffalo, New York, Walter and Ervin Allen, Selma, Alabama, Geneva Bennett, Mobile, Alabama, Elizabeth Norwood, Birmingham, Alabama, Shirley Williams and Sandra (James) Purdie, Selma, Alabama. He also leaves to mourn two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
