Williamson feeds the soul

Dear editor,

I am writing this letter to the preachers of Selma. You all should take a lesson from Cecil Williamson.

If you are not preaching from the Bible, the word of God, you should do so. My pastor, Rev. Dr. Cecil Williamson, from day one when he came to Selma has been feeding my soul from the Holy Bible.

I am blessed to be a member of Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church. I came from Alabama Avenue Presbyterian Church where I was raised up as a baby, child and teenager.

Then Cecil came on the scene. That was a good day for me.

Cecil started feeding my soul at Alabama Avenue Presbyterian Church.

Others have fed me through the years, but Cecil the longest. After all these years, many years, he is still doing a great job. God Bless you.

If you need your soul fed from the Bible come visit Crescent Hill Presbyterian at 11 a.m. Sunday morning, 6 p.m. Sunday night and 7:15 p.m. Wednesday night and let Cecil feed your soul like he has been doing for many years for the Presley’s.

God bless you, Cecil. We love you, brother. Keep up the good work.

Don’t give up, brother, you have many people in Selma who love you in Christian love and are praying for you and care about you.
