Forest Joseph Headley, 7 months, died Tues. December 23, 2008 at his home. He is survived by his par-ents, Jay and Nichole Headley; big brother, Dakota; grandmother, Betty Headley; and numerous aunts, uncles, and other relatives. Grave-side services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 26, 2008 at Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. Jerry Smith officiating and Lawrence Brown Service Funeral Home directing. The family will re-ceive friends from 10-11 a.m. Fri-day at the funeral home.
