Continental drops Montgomery-to-Houston flights
Continental Airlines is dropping its twice-daily air service between the Montgomery Regional Airport and Houston.
The airline said its last flight from Montgomery to Houston takes off Tuesday.
In June, the Houston-based airline announced plans to slash capacity by 11 percent.
Continental had also said that it would eliminate its Birmingham flights to Cleveland, but will continue to offer daily air service to Houston.
