Mr. Phillip Mack, 79, of Bessemer, Alabama, formerly of Selma, Alabama died August 4, 2008 at UAB West Medical Center. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Summer Grove officiated by Pastor Will Jackson. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Strong.
Survivors include one son, Charles (Mary) Mack; one daughter, Gwen Maddox; one sister, Florence (Wil-lie) Moorer; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
