Although the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department Drug Unit is accustomed to repeat offenders, one local woman recently took the term to a new level.

Odom said that both Stallworth and Harris were charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, but Harris was also charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – the same charges she received four days earlier.

Although he was not sure of the relationship between Harris and Stallworth, Odom said that in both cases, Harris was arrested either leaving the house, or while in the house.

Last Thursday, the District Attorney’s Office honored that request.

Oxford, the Assistant District Attorney, said that Harris – who has been charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors –

is possibly facing a significant amount of prison time.

Harris’ preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 4th.
