The Marion Military Institute Baseball team won 12-3 over region foe Warrior Academy.

The Tigers won behind a strong pitching performance by Josh Story.

Story went the distance pitching six innings, striking out five. He walked three, and two hit batters. He only gave up four hits and one earned run.

At the plate, MMI pounded out 16 hits.

Leading the Tigers at the plate was Patrick Jones who went 4-for-4 with two triples, a double, a single and a walk. A

lso having a good day at the plate collecting two hits each were Jovaris Smith, Barrett Russell, Josh Story, and Andrew Alexander.
