Voter fraud a problem in absentee voting

Dear Editor,

My opinion is that there is massive voter fraud occurring in the absentee voting process in the city of Selma.  Reasonable people can view the public information and make their own decisions regarding this illegal activity.

I have a city voter’s list dated April 6, 2016 which shows about 2,000 more voters on the list than there are residents `8 years of age or older.  Despite the appearance of every eligible person in Selma being registered to vote, an inordinately high number of citizens (approximately 450 more) registered to vote between April 6 and Aug. 8.

Both the April 6 list and the Aug. 8 list show the address of every person registered.

Since the beginning of the absentee voting process in Selma on July 27, some six hundred people have applied for absentee ballots.  Comparing names and addresses on the April 6 list with the Aug. 8 list, it appears evident that there is massive absentee voting fraud, especially in Wards 2, 5 and 6.

Ward 5 must be the most desirable area of Selma in which to live. Since April 6, more than 60 people have changed their address from all over Selma to Ward 5 addresses to vote absentee.

Significantly, almost 200of the 600 absentee applications and votes to date have come from Ward 5.

Numerous people with different last names have apparently moved into the same houses in Wards 5 and 2.

Couple this with people receiving the wrong ballots and it is difficult to see how there can be an honest election here in the voting rights capital of the universe.
