Morgan Academy (8-14) ended a long losing streak Saturday night against Fort Dale 58-53.

Woodham Kemmer was 8-of-10 from the free throw line and scored 21 points to lead the Senators.  John Ross Bone added 15 points for Morgan.

Fort Dale was led by Ryan Burkett with 21 points and Traylor Thomas with 15.

The Senators will face the same Fort Dale team Thursday in the opening round of the region tournament.
