Brian Brewer of Valley Grande, Al passed away on February 7, 2014 at the age of 79.

He was preceded in death by his son, James Allen Brewer.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty Brewer; daughters, Janet Brewer (Richard L.) Wilson of Selma, Al and Joyce Brewer (Roger L.) Kennedy of Folsom, La.; grandchildren, Shelly Wilson (Mahir) Butt, Jessica Wilson Smith, Quinn Kennedy, Erin Kennedy, and Devin Kennedy ; great-grandchildren, Amirah Butt, Alena Butt, Arianna Smith, Liam Smith.

Visitation was Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. Funeral services were Monday, February 10, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Kopp officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
