Grover Carl Durry was born in Selma, Alabama on November 10, 1940 to the late Mary Louise Durry. He passed away November 7, 2013 at Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago, IL. Mr. Durry retired after 32 years with the Chicago Board of Education as an Architecture Instructor. He leaves behind a devoted and loving wife, Jo Anna: three children; Tonya, Karlton, and Michael; seven grandchildren: and one great-granddaughter. Five siblings: Elizabeth Durry-Wesley, Dillard Durry, Quintin Durry, Belinda Durry-Lee, and Barbara Durry all of Selma Alabama. one great uncle James (Bertha) Durry of Selma Alabama. Host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
