Concordia College Alabama is offering the community free football for the second time in three weeks.

The Hornets will play their last football game of the season Saturday, Nov. 16 at Memorial Stadium. Game time is scheduled for 1 p.m. against Warner University from Florida.

The Hornets are waving admission fees as a way to show appreciate to the community for its support for the team after a bus fire in September destroyed nearly all of the team’s football equipment.

“We appreciate the great response we got from the community,” Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Don Lee said in a press release. “We want to thank them, and we also hope all our friends and alumni in Selma, Dallas County and elsewhere will come cheer on our team.”
