A Wilcox County man was killed in Dallas County during the Memorial Day weekend.

According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Brian B. Marsh, 26, of Alberta was killed when the 2011 Chevrolet Impala he drveg left the road and struck several trees.

ALEA also reported that Marsh was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and pronounced dead at the scene

The crash occurred on Alabama 5 near the 33 mile marker, approximately three miles south of Safford around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night.

No further details are available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate the accident.
