Robert Varner, 47, was charged with theft, $1,000 bond.

Michael Walton, 31, was charged with controlled substance, $1,000 bond.

Melvin Barnes Jr. 22, was charged with trafficking illegal drugs, possession of marijuana, second-degree promoting prison contraband, first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of distribution of controlled substance, bonds totaling over $1.5 million.

J.C. Tatum, 41, was charged with public intoxication, $300 bond.

Rickey Shanks, 46, was charged with third-degree domestic violence harassment, and three counts of child support, $6,000 cash bond.

Billy Ray Hall, 60, was charged with public intoxication, $1,000 bond.

Andrea Benneth, 41, was charged with two counts of first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance, bonds totaling $70,000.

Christopher Carter, 20, was charged with second-degree possession marijuana and carrying and possession weapon or gun, $12,000 bond.
