Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report for  period ending November 22:

Irene Parks, 37, was charged with harassment, public intoxication and third-degree domestic violence, $3,000 bond.

Justin Manzie, 16, was charged with capital murder.

William Wright, 19, was charged with restisting arrest and disorderly conduct, $2,000 bond.

Cecil Rose, 64, was charged with fourth-degree theft of property, $1,000 bond

Rasuul Freeman, 25, was charged with three counts of drug possession.
