At only 85 days out from the beginning of construction, the Edmundite Missions’ Dr. Michael and Catherine Bullock Community Recreation Center is well on its way to being completed.
Since late last year, work has been done almost every day to keep the project on track.
This project is something that is needed in this community and we are eagerly anticipating the completion and grand opening of this community center.
The center, which is slated to be opened to the public by the end of the year, will feature a regulation-sized basketball court equipped with a projection screen and sound system to host a multitude of community events.
The Missions’ CEO Chad McEachern and the rest of the staff should be commended for the project and the ultimate completion.
The group has contributed so much to our community and contributed to the goal of improving Selma and Dallas County.
