Mrs. Lula Mae Howard, 80, of Orrville and formerly of Autaugaville, passed away April 6, 2017, in Atlanta.

Services are scheduled for Sunday, April 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church in Autaugaville with the Rev. Bishop Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Memory Gardens with Randall Miller Funeral Service directing.

She is survived by her sons, Tommie M. Howard and Raymond Bates; daughter, Carolyn Harris; brother, Willie (Rose) Bates; sisters, Luella Ayers, Lellie (Alfored) Coker and Laura C. Coker; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and god-daughter, Pinkie Steele-Hayes.
