Sis. ReVaple Reese Harris, 90,  made her transistion to a better place on Saturday, December 17, 2011, leaving to cherish her memories 11 children, Bobbie (David) Holmes of Southfield, MI; Angie

(John) Fletcher of Browns, AL; Elaine Johnson of Huntsville, AL; Leon (Stella) Harris of Midfield, AL; Eunice (Isaac) Williams of Meridianville, AL; Elder Douglas (Lula) Harris of Harvey, LA; Creola (Annias) Simmons of Southfield, MI; James (Barbara) Harris of Uniontown, AL; Dea. Donald (Sandra) Harris of Center Point, AL; Norma Harris of Uniontown and Walter Harris of Meridianville, AL.  Sis ReVaple also assisted in the upbringing of her niece, Willie Mae  (James) Williams of Ft. Wayne, IN and her devoted niece and road companion Sis. Leanna Watts of Browns, AL; 28 grand children, 2 of whom preceded her in death, Tramayne Harris and Torin Johnson; 34 great grand children, sister-in-law, Johnice Reese of Prattville; daughter-in-law, Mary Atkins of Gary, Indiana; many other loving nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbors and friends.

Services will be held Saturday, December 24, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Uniontown, Alabama officiated by Rev. Dwight Woods.
