All Dallas County basketball duo starring for Bama Celtics

Two players on the Selma Times-Journal’s All-Dallas County Boys basketball team are shining at the AAU level.
Guards Miles Hannah of Keith and Selma’s Tristian Blocton for Bama Celtics, a National AAU team. The Celtics, sponsored by PUMA shoe company, is ranked 12th nationwide.
Hannah is a member of the starting five, while Blocton comes off the bench and the team’s third-leading scorer. Both are rising seniors.
Hannah, ranked 38th statewide in the Class of 2025, and Blocton will play in the Alabama All-State basketball game next month.
Keith head coach Marcus Turner said he’s proud of what Hannah has accomplished with more to come.
“It’s no surprise that Miles is successful with the Celtics, he’s been a leader for me every since elementary school,” Turner said. “He put a lot of time in and the best is yet to come for him.”
Selma coach Daron Rembert is pleased with the progress of Blocton.
