A Minter man was arrested on May 8 by Montgomery Police Department for his alleged involvement in an April murder.

Keehsar Henderson, 18, is charged with capital murder in the April 7 shooting death of Christopher Manuel 52. According to MPD, the fatal shooting occurred around 10:20 p.m. at the 4700 block of Mobile Highway. After arriving, MPD found Manuel dead on the scene.

Henderson was taken into custody on May 9 by MPD and the United States Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Task Force. Henderson  is currently in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond.
