Selma man killed in Perry County crash

A Selma man was killed Saturday night in a single-vehicle crash on Alabama 14 in Perry County.
According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Senior Trooper Vu Quang, Bernard A. Lee, 46, of Selma died when the 2002 Chevrolet C1500 he was driving left the roadway and struck a ditch. ALEA’s report indicated that Lee was not using a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Quang said that the crash occurred at 8:20 p.m. on Alabama 14 near the 98-mile marker, about 20 miles east of Marion. State troopers in ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate the crash.
