Selma man arrested for robbing at Brown Drug Store

A Selma man was charged with first-degree robbery at Brown Drug Store on April 3.
According to Lt. Ray S. Blanks of the Selma Police Department, Samuel Lee Spears, 61, was arrested and charged with armed robbery, Spears was later caught at Wal-Mart and arrested on April 4.
The crime occurred around 4 p.m. on April 3 at the 1600 Block of Broad Street.
Blanks said that Spears is currently being held at the Perry County Detention Center in Marion under no bond.
