Mrs. Katherine Phillips resident of Marion, passed Nov. 24 at Southland Nursing Home. The funeral service is scheduled for Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin Hunter, Officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopewell Church Cemetery with services entrusted to Melvin Miller Funeral Service.
