Drug Free Communities of Dallas County held its annual Thanksgiving luncheon at Selma High School on Monday.
Various members of the community attended the event hosted by DFC Executive Director Jerria Martin.“We had an amazing time celebrating,” Martin said.
Selma Mayor James Perkins Jr. and his wife Cynthia Perkins attedned as did various City Council members Jannie Thomas and Lesia James.
Dallas County Circuit Court Judge Marvin Wiggins, Dallas County District Court Judge Vernetta Perkins, Dallas County District Attorney Robert Turner and Dallas County Sheriff Mike Sheriff were among those attended.
Dallas County Schools Superintendent Anthony Sampson, members of the Selma Rotary Club, Owner Rex Jones of Cougar Oil also attended the event.
