The Selma Quarterback Club had another strong season in 2023. 

The club awarded $4,000 scholarships to five Selma and Dallas County football seniors, our favorite thing about the organization. Helping seniors achieve their lifelong dream is something we admire about them.

Keith’s trio of Aveon Young, Jeffrey Gibson Jr., Joseph Lumpkin joined Marchun  Moten-Weeden of Dallas County and Milton Hand of Morgan Academy and their families expressed gratitude about receiving the financial assistance. 

We also enjoyed the strong mix of guest speakers at each meeting. We appreciate Auburn assistant basketball coach Steven Pearl and Alabama Athletic Director Greg Byrne coming down, especially in the midst of busy, successful seasons. 

Selma QB Club member Bob Frazer deserves a pat on the back and so does the entire membership.
