A Dallas County man was murdered last week at a gas station on Highway 80 East.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO), Tra’Kobe Grayson, 20, was taken to the Vaughan Regional Medical Center E-R and later pronounced dead.

DCSO and CrimeStoppers said the shooting happened at around 8 p.m. on Oct. 13 at the Circle K on the 4800 block of Highway 80 East. The victim was at the gas pumps and a car came by and fired multiple shots into the parking lot. Several gas pumps were hit. The victim was struck and a single gunshot wound to the abdomen area.

No arrests have been made at this time. But DCSO investigators and CrimeStoppers are pursuing several leads. Shell casings were sent to the Department of Forensic Science.
