Vivian Delois Sims was born on October 25, 1948 to the late Betty Mae Webb and the late Wilbert Moultrie. She was raised by the late John and Betty Mae Webb and was the oldest sister of nine siblings. Vivian departed this life on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Memorial service will be at Gregory B. Levett & Sons Chapel (located at 4347 Flat Shoals Parkway; Decatur, Georgia 30034) to honor her life on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 1 pm.
