Selma Police Department search for missing person

The Selma Police Department needs people’s help in locating a missing person.

The missing person has been identified as a black female, Patricia Effinger, 64. Effinger was last seen on December 31, between 11 p.m. and midnight in the 800 block of 1st Avenue. Effinger was seen wearing black boots, camouflage pants, a white top, and a leather black jacket.

Detectives of the Selma Police Department are asking that anyone who knows the whereabouts of Ms. Effinger to please contact the Selma Police Department at 334-874-2125, the Secret Witness Hotline at 334-874-2190 or Crime Stoppers at 334-215-STOP.
